Hotel Sovestro is Sergio and Lucia who, together with grandfather Pode, started the business, and Barbara and Alessia, who now carry it forward with the same dedication. A close-knit family with a simple, genuine idea of hospitality.

At Da Pode, Sig.ra Lucia’s cooking follows the seasons, so ingredients stay fresh and every dish feels like a new discovery.
She’s backed by a long-standing team: Giuseppe, Nancy and Thiam in the kitchen, Patrizia and Vincenzo in the dining room, with Sergio and Barbara always ready to help.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day except Thursday. Booking is always recommended, especially between April and October.

Yes, our hotel has its own restaurant, Ristorante Da Pode, open for lunch and dinner every day except Thursday. Booking is always recommended, especially between April and October, as the restaurant also welcomes outside guests.
